If your registrar is not supported for automatic DNS, go to their control panel and change DNS manually.
You can check your website's DNS settings at any time on the Domain tab in the 'Manage Website' (gear icon) section.
It can take 24hrs (usually much quicker) for DNS changes to propagate across the internet so that your website will start to work from all locations.
There are two methods to use the platform, the first and most widely used is 'Managed Locally'. Simply update your Name Servers with your registrar so you can manage your DNS directly on the platform.
How to Update Your DNS Using Name Servers
Log in to the control panel of your registrar.
Your name servers should be pointed to your registrar (or previous hosting company).
Update the Name Servers section to 'Custom DNS' and add the name servers provided for the website on the platform.
And that's it, you will be able to manage your DNS directly on the platform once your site has propagated.

The second way is 'Manage Externally'. So you just need to update/ add two A Records to the DNS with your registrar, therefore keeping your DNS managed by them.
How to Update Your DNS Using A Records
Log in to the control panel of your registrar.
Make sure your nameservers are pointed to your registrar (see above example).
From there navigate to the Advanced DNS page.
Here you just need to have two A records (as above and below), any other records should be deleted.
You can find the correct IP address to use on the platform on the right of your new website under Server.
A Record @ 187.123.11.13
A Record www 187.123.11.13
Some registrars prefer that the @ record is blank, so if it fails to update the @ record please make it blank instead.
